I. GENERAL
All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.
Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.II. PAYMENT
Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD.
I require full payment before starting a commission.Once I accept your commission, I will send an invoice via PayPal, due in 10 days.
Payment will be requested only via PAYPAL, QRIS.III. PROCESS
Depending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 2
weeks. You may request a WIP at any time.IV. REVISIONS
Revisions only when sketch and basic color.
A maximum of 5 revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge. Further revisions will result in fees {3$ usd / 10k idr}
No revisions will be made once the commission is considered rendered / complete.V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission. If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full.No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.If the client ceases contact for over { 1 month }, the commission will be considered
concluded and no refunds will be issued.Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting.
